I have been reading your weekly updates and I'm so happy both of you are okay!
What a sweet little boy :-)
I love your humor -- I had a few moments of ridiculousness when my little guy was born as well...and I also shed many tears when things did not go as I had hoped.
I hope you are adjusting well at home and enjoying these precious (and challenging) firsts.

ANNAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05565735060503409085noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6887972774894305778.post-68442850061990679122013-07-29T08:43:16.249-04:002013-07-29T08:43:16.249-04:00Thank you for sharing your birth story - like othe...Thank you for sharing your birth story - like others have said, it brought back memories for me too of feeling "fuzzy headed" after the delivery. I had c-sections both times and I remember being emotional, but also very giggly/slap happy. And t-i-r-e-d, but wanting to stay awake. I do, however, have very clear memories of hearing them cry for the first time, what a feeling. Thank you for taking the time to update your blog, I know how crazy things are at home when you're trying to settle in. pepperland67https://www.blogger.com/profile/01551402045802087863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6887972774894305778.post-15646110200787544912013-07-28T21:03:40.246-04:002013-07-28T21:03:40.246-04:00Wow, you had me on the edge of my seat with your s...Wow, you had me on the edge of my seat with your story! I know it's overwhelming at first, and a lot didn't go as planned, but I'm so glad you got a happy ending and that you and the baby are both okay! Congratulations again! Can't wait to hear more about how things are going!Brittneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12064316561225211468noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6887972774894305778.post-71305674748946101212013-07-28T20:32:11.159-04:002013-07-28T20:32:11.159-04:00I am so happy you are all okay... but also I'm...I am so happy you are all okay... but also I'm happy that you joked about having an extra month to train. that was (inappropriately) one of my first thoughts.jessnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6887972774894305778.post-9437281054641167402013-07-28T17:50:24.656-04:002013-07-28T17:50:24.656-04:00This brought me back to my kidos early arrival. I remember thinking about the list of things i hadn't gotten ready too and it turned out okay in the end.

I am so sorry that things didn't go according to plan or how you wanted them to go. But I am so glad you are okay and that Megaton is okay too. There is an old wives tale that the harder time a child gives you coming into the world then the easier they will be. This has been right with Isaac so far. Jana from Running Vegetarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11454736980943082079noreply@blogger.com
